Come one, come all creative types, artists, and artisans! Before we reconstruct the beloved Port Orford Community Crab Pot Tree this year at its new forever home at Sea Wolf Books, the Arts Council is repainting every buoy (aka “ornament”) that adorns the tree.

We need your help and creativity! Come to Nicki’s Knick-Knacks on Second Saturday August 10th during the Art Walk with and paint a buoy!

We will have all the necessary materials from paint brushes to paints in multiple colors (bring your own supplies if you choose). Create whatever your fertile minds dream up! Polka dots, stripes, sea creatures, stars and moons, abstract ethereal visions! Paint from the heart! Your buoy will adorn the Crab Pot Tree for all to see!

Join us for this fun and festive community art project. We will supply snacks and refreshing beverages and music!
