In celebration of National Poetry Month, the Port Orford Arts Council is partnering with Sea Wolf Books to present a special, FREE, Spoken Word Evening featuring poets and poetry, and a Community Open Mic. Special guests include poets Annika Britton, Christien Ghoulson, and Amanda Hawkins. Heather Carpenter will emcee the Community Open Mic. Just sign up when you arrive!

Everyone is invited to participate by reading original work or that of your favorite poet. Share poetry, song lyrics and more! Share the power and beauty of the spoken word. Or come enjoy the performances and be an enthusiastic and appreciative audience.

Free black berets will be given out to the first 25 attendees!
